{"id":241,"date":"2020-05-12T05:15:26","date_gmt":"2020-05-12T05:15:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/empowermestrong.org\/?page_id=241"},"modified":"2021-10-22T14:53:05","modified_gmt":"2021-10-22T14:53:05","slug":"who-we-serve","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/empowermestrong.org\/index.php\/who-we-serve\/","title":{"rendered":"Who We Serve"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#930050\"><strong>WOMEN RECEIVING TREATMENTS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">We assist women facing cancer, who would like to receive subsidized assistance with treatments from one or more of our complementary and integrative health network of licensed practitioners, therapists, doctors, and professionals. <br><br>Women may qualify to receive our services by meeting the following criteria:<br><br>1) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Cancer diagnosis or treatment within the last 36 months<\/span>:&nbsp;Women must have received a cancer diagnosis and\/or in active treatment for cancer (surgery, radiation, chemotherapy) within the last 36 months.<br><br>2) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Income level<\/span>:&nbsp;Women must have current gross household income at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines for the year.<br><br>3) Re-Certification: Women must complete an annual certification to continue receiving assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"color:#930050\"><strong>PLEASE NOTE THIS PROGRAM IS UNDER DEVELOPMENT.
